Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LakshyaOne (the "Service") at lakshyaone.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who Can Use LakshyaOne

You may use the Service to prepare for competitive exams. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Your Account

You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
You must verify your email address to access certain features.
Notify us at support@lakshyaone.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data, our systems, or our security rules.
Interfere with, overload, or abuse the Service, including the AI planning features.
Copy, resell, or commercially exploit the Service without our permission.
Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes others' rights.

4. AI-Generated Study Plans

The Service can generate study plans and suggestions using AI. These are provided to help you plan and are not guarantees of exam results. You are responsible for how you use them. AI output may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete — use your own judgement.

5. Institutes

If you join through a coaching institute, you understand that your institute's authorised teachers and admins can view your study progress within the Service. Institutes are responsible for their own use of the Service and for the staff they authorise.

6. Free Trial & Fees

New accounts include a 15-day free trial with full access to the Service. After the trial ends, continued access requires an active paid plan. Current plans are ₹29/month, ₹159 for 6 months, and ₹299/year. We will always show the price and terms clearly before you pay, and prices may change with notice for future purchases. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your card details.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content we provide, belongs to LakshyaOne. The study data you create remains yours; by using the Service you grant us permission to store and process it to provide the Service to you.

8. Availability and Changes

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may suspend or discontinue the Service, at any time.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. LakshyaOne does not guarantee any particular exam score, rank, or outcome. Your results depend on your own effort and many factors outside our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LakshyaOne will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
